completed the hundred days of the government’s justice, the new new government has done so much to fulfill the big promises in its Honey Moon, and hit hands to cross the mile. Some promises were fulfilled, some of them killed the Ukrain because some of the Prime Minister Imran Khan, he is not a leader who does not kill the civilians, is not foolish enough to take the one. The words of the dear leader are capable of writing with gold, but do what is a sinful stomach that asks for bread for hunger, asks for a body of naked body naked, asking for a roof to boil in the rain. The compulsions are in place but the voters want to fulfill the promises.

The Prime Minister will disperse a long-term lecture about his achievements and failures, will put a bridge of conglomeration, conglomeration, and some other duties, that we too should tell people where our rulers are successful. All the people who read the promises will come together. So just talk about the southern Punjab province. South Punjab Province? Find the answer to this question.

According to the announcement of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the time for establishment of South Punjab was over. Maybe five years of time will be reduced to fulfill this promise. If there is a new province, it will be a historic step, because the province will be distributed for the first time after establishment. It will be a great success if the PTI proposes its head. At present, this success has been tried in the South Punjab by submitting the secret of all securities.

There are several barriers in the formation of the new province, in which the Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) is not going to be a two-thirds majority in the national and provincial assemblies, that is why they will need help from other political parties, in which Muslim League will be listed; Because under Section 239 of the Constitution, legislation to form a new province is supported by the two-third majority in the provincial assembly. And in the same way, the National Assembly and the Senate should also be approved by two-third majority. New provinces can be made after that.

At least 245 members should be supported in Punjab while the government has 188 MPPs. Therefore, the formation of South Punjab Province is not possible without the support of PML-N in Punjab and the Center. Legislation to form a new province under Section 239 of the Constitution is required to support the two-third majority in the provincial assembly. The proposed southern Punjab province will include three administrative divisions, including Multan, DG Khan and Bahawalpur, and three divisions in Multan, Multan, Khanwal, Ludhiana, Vehari, Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffarh, Leah, Rajanpur, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan and Bahawalnagar are included.

According to the districts of these districts, in the proposed southern Punjab province, 95 of the provincial assembly and 46 seats of the National Assembly come. The total number of members of the present Punjab Assembly is 371, including 297 selected MPEs and 66 women and 8 non-Muslim MPEs on special seats. If the new province is formed, then the selected MPEs will have to go to the assembly of their respective province based on their areas.

After that, there will be a new party position in the MPEs assembly of special seats based on the position. The new province will be the party position of South Punjab and Punjab in some way:

Here, 53 of 95 MPEs belong to TTP, 29 from PML-N, PPP from 5, PML-Q 2 and one independent MPA. In this new province, there are 55 out of 95 seats in the Tehreek-e-Insaf’s government alliance. Therefore, the Chief Minister and provincial government here will easily get TTP justice. But on the other side, the Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government will face a lot of difficulties on the new government of Punjab, living in addition to South Punjab. The party position here is different from South Punjab where 97 belong to the Muslim League when 87 of the Tehreek-e-Insaf (PML-Q), PML-Q’s 6, PPP-one one, the right path and two independent MPAs are different from the Punjab. At the time of Punjab Assembly, the government alliance has 192 (182 Tehreek-e-Insaf (10) and opposition members (178 seats, PML-N, PPP) 7, three independent and one seat-path have the right party.

The PTI wants to escape from the formation of South Punjab province to save its government in Punjab. Due to pressing the voice of the province, in order to establish a separate secretariat in southern Punjab, it will be delayed because the city can not be decided for the formation of this Secretariat. The committee formed under the leadership of former PMA Tahir Bashir Cheema, to form the southern Punjab province, wants a secretariat in Bahawalpur while other members are emphasizing the formation of Multan.

The opposition wants the government to bring a resolution to the formation of separate provinces in the assembly. The government is running ahead ahead of accepting the offer.

The PPP has planned to expose the government and it has also decided to conduct a movement on this issue. In this regard, the PPP has decided to support the support of PML-N and other parties. After the support of opposition parties, the ruling party will lose its license. If the Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) proposes to make the province, the majority of its Punjab Assembly will end, which may prove to be tentative for the end of its government. That is why the current government of Tehreek-e-Insaf wants to do this work a few months before the general elections. The government has been stuck by promise, if the promise is fulfilled then the provincial government goes hand; if it takes utility
